Worldzone Power On event

When i restart my system, (or swith on/off the power) my_power_on routine is not fully executed,
Down below you see the picture. The pointer is stuck at WZLimSup block1.
Other worldzones are not activated.

Where do i do wrong?
I spent 5 hours here, a little help would be great!!

    You have block1low, block1low, there is no size defined because you used the same pos.  Use block1low, block1Up.
