Added a small FAQ

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that I just created a small FAQ, which is accessible via the top navigation bar: "Forum Guidelines & FAQ"

Are there any common questions that you think belong there?

1.  Don't ask for boot disks for older robots.  Loading from another random robot system's boot disks rarely works, causes more problems than good.
2.  Don't restore a robot from another robot's backup, kind of related to number 1.  Causes problems.  Load only the files that you know that you can.  If you don't know, find out first.
3.  Where can one get robinstall?  Maybe you can add that one to the manuals collection?

Yes, that was the idea.

I don't think it's feasible to have a "general" FAQ that would cover all categories that are available on these forums.

I guess it would be possible to have a FAQ in each category, relevant to that category. But then someone has to take care of it..
