Backup error 11223 (Pack&Go failed)

Hi,
I can't do a pack&Go of anything because i can't create a backup for the controller.
The error is 11223: Backup Error.
I already tried to reinstall RobotStudio but nothing changed.
Any idea how to solve this problem?
(It's the last version of robotstudio)
