Network connection problem
Hello all.
I have a 6640 IRC5 that the SD card failed running RW5.11 and we used a card out of another controller that has the same options pertinently PC Interface running RW5.14.
Robot seems to be as it was before except the network connection. Cant ping it and the address is correct.
Found yesterday that when I unplug the network cable anywhere the connection is good for about 20 seconds then it goes out and this ensures the network cabling is good.
Does anyone know what would be the cause and fix?
Thx

Hello there,
I'm guessing here, but could it be that you've configured two devices to have the same IP address? Or perhaps two devices request the same IP address from the DHCP server?
It sounds like there could be a IP address conflict on the network, which explain why it works for a short period of time and then stops.—Maxim RiabichevPC Software Support Engineer0
