How to call allow execution state running via command line

I am looking to use the jobs function on robotstudio to automatically backup all of the robots on our local network by calling the job via command line and using Windows Task Scheduler. It works great as long as the robot is not in a running state. If running, the backup fails. Saving the job template does not remember the check box
Is there a way to use the Allow Execution State Running option via command prompt? Similar to how Default Credentials is used?
