Error in Addin and ribbon creation

I am trying to create a sample addin from the template in VS. After I build the solution and copy the .dll file to the addin directory of Robotstduio, and launch the application I get the following error (in the picture). I havent found a suitable solution in the internet either.

Have you tried running the plugin directly via VS (debug mode)?
