Fixing ToolData or Joint6 (of RZ)

Hi Everyone;

I want to fix my toolframes rotation axis (RZ) (or joint6's Rz axes) ı tried to find it but ı couldn't do it.Can someone help me ?
I don't want my tools turn at RZ axis.It should be fixed.
