Error 50337 - Force control not setup

I am unable to activate and setup my force sensor. Would be grateful if I could get some help regarding the same as I am new to the field of robots.

    Is it wired in correctly?
    Do you have the force control manual?

    The sensor is from ABB and is wired correctly. I do have the force control manual, but I am unable to solve the error

    I have very little experience on force control, so I have looked up the support database of previous cases.

    Most likely it is that the calibration data for the force sensor has not been loaded (this is unique to each sensor). The Force Control Package CD has the calibration file on it ( in the directory calibration/ABB_FTxxxx.cfg, where xxxx is the serial number of the sensor) load this into the controller motion configuration file using either RobotStudio or the pendant - you will need to select the replace duplicates option.


    As described in the force control manual there are many other parameters that may need to be changed to suit your application.
