Problem with screenmaker project.

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with my existing project created in ScreenMaker. Actually, of all the ones I've created. When i open the project, bottom write this warning: 
system.io.filenotfoundexception: could not load file or assembly "VSLangProj. Version=7.0.3300.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a" or one of its dependencies.
What is it and how i can solution this problem?
