Robot Studio System Failure

I have a customer that is running Robot Studio 2022.2 V. 22.2.9947.0     He saves and shuts down his computer daily.  He mentioned that anytime his computer does an update (in this instance a firmware update) he has a system failure with his robot studio workcell.  It's usually after he does a lot of work in his station and then gets to the point where he is going to synchronize to rapid and then it shows these errors.  Anyone experiencing this and is there a fix?

    Hello,
    Not sure it's the same case, but I noticed that if you close RS then windows quickly, some virtual robot ask to update Rapid with merge tool.
    If you run task manager, you can see that virtual controller take time to shutdown.
    RS should show a splash screen while virtual controller are shutting down.
