How to set the samping time?

As shown in the following figure's URL, I don't know how to set the sampling time that I want.

    The sampling time for Signal Analyzer Online is 24ms and cannot be changed.

    There are two questions I'm still confused.
    Q1:
    I've seen the csv file exported from signal analyzer, but the time intervals are not identical.
    How to make time intervals identical?
    Q2:
    Does there exist other method that can log recordings with faster sampling time than 24ms?
