Thinkpad Robot Studio online connection unstable

Hello,
we have connection problems with robotstudio online on a real RW6 controller.
from time to time we loose the connection and can not get it again.
sometimes it comes back without changes.
Even restarts of RS, Notebook, Robot are not a guarantied fix.

we have this problems on 3 thinkpads.

We are running sophos antivirus.

does anyone had the problem and solved it?
