RW add-in not installing.

I have created a rw add in where i also want the add in to create some output which i use in the program.. i have managed to get the mmc config to work so i get an instruction in the flex pendant. The eio config is not working and can not find any good manual on how to write that part.. I have followed the manual for the add in package creator and created an add in file but when i install it in robotstudio and restart i can not add it to the controller since i does not show up as an option.. If i load my MCC and the module manually and create the outputs my self it works..  the manual for rw add in is quite thin and i can not find any more relevant information.
