YuMi Smart Gripper without Power

Hello,

I'm working with a Yumi dual arm for the first time.  Both grippers never seem to get any power.  In the Smart Gripper program on the Flex Pendant, after I click the configuration icon, the power switch buttons appear to do nothing.  The LED icons on the pendant screen remain red.

I removed the grippers and cleaned the 8 pin contacts, but this didn't change the behavior.

I read some other forum posts that reported similar issues were fixed by updating the firmware.  I updated to RobotWare 6.15.01 and SmartGripper 3.56, but still no change.

Where should I start to troubleshoot this?  Is there a fuse for the gripper that could be bad?
