Can anyone support on this. how to resolve this  one?

    Hallo,
    connect to the internet, start RSO and change to Add-In, pick RW for IRC5 and choose your RS version from list on the right side. Choose add and install.
    In your virtual controller, you have to exchange your current robot ware by 6.08 then (RSO: Controller/installation manager)
