No valid license for the Protected Method's Feature: Premium

Hi,

We have been using RobotStudio at our university for some time, and most of the times we checkout the license to avoid problems with server connections. However, today I got the following messages:

•  Premium level license unavailable (There's no valid License available for the Protected Method's Feature:Premium.). You will still be able to use basic functionality.
• RobotStudio license will expire in 73 days.
  

I only have access to basic functionality, but just two days ago I was using the software without any restriction. Although the license checkout was made about 27 days ago, the actual license has about 1 year before expiring.

Any ideas why this? To make matters worse, there was large compromise of our school servers, and the network license server is not yet available again for me to try checking in and out the license again, so that is not an option for now.

I think the best way forward would be to get in touch with your local ABB and have them investigate a good resolution for this situation.
