Does anyone know what causes the error 'IOC0 eiomsg.c 785 Too many delayed or pulsed signals'?

I was thinking it could be something to do with the robot being constanlty told to start from an external source while the Auto Stop is out?  I have had issues with this before but am not exactly sure what message i got?

Any help would be appreciated?
