IRC5 slow jogging and motors don't always activate

We have a IRC5 controller version 5.61 with 2 external axes.

When jogging the robot, the robot jogs at a very slow speed and sometimes the external axes motors don't activate properly.

Has anyone ever encountered this?

    Maybe someone has lowered the jogging speed.  Do you know how to get to that screen?
