IRC5 slow jogging and motors don't always activate

We have a IRC5 controller version 5.61 with 2 external axes.

When jogging the robot, the robot jogs at a very slow speed and sometimes the external axes motors don't activate properly.

Has anyone ever encountered this?

  • Maybe someone has lowered the jogging speed.  Do you know how to get to that screen?
