Hello everyone!

As part of improving the customer and user experience of the OmniCore FlexPendant, we're doing a study to find out potential improvement areas.

We are interested in learning more about how you use the FlexPendant, your most common tasks, and what problems you might be facing while using it. This research will contribute to the improvement of the FlexPendant.

  • Good initiative! Must say latest Omnicore FP hardware upgrade has made a significant improvement. Also brought back back resistive touch!

  • Something in RW 7.15.1 seems to be a huge step backwards, it is slower to respond than with previous release and the flexpendant seems to constantly reboot spontaneously whilst jogging. This did not happen prior to this update.
