System disk for s4 controller

Hi All
I have a problem, i have a ABB lrb 4400/M94A S4 from 1996. I have lost the system disk and the robot now need the after the backup battery got replaced.
The software on the robot was robotware 2.1
don't know if it runs with newer software.
