IRB 2400L M2000 em "Unexpected error"

Boa tarde, sou relativamente novo na área e de momento estou com problemas num Robot IRB 2400L M2000 que do nada parou e apresenta na tela "Unexpected error" com os seguintes códigos:

MC0: servo.c 494 servo: IPC sendwait error -9, cmd=20

MV0: ipolts.c 3207 servo_wait_for_zero_speed failed

Será que alguem me pode ajudar a identificar o problema.
