problems with weldguide III

hello everyone,

I am currently rewiring a WELD GUIDE III rig on an IRB2400 robot.

When it comes to welding, the equipment does not show me the welding data in the WGVIEW window (it does not show me voltage or current) and the WELDGUIDE goes into error.

The sensors are installed correctly (the device warns of the correct status of the sensors), the cables are correctly installed, they have no interference or are damaged.

If anyone can help me I am very grateful!

You say you we rewiring - was it running correctly before this?
Is the I/O unit working?
