[Bug 2024.1] Adding DynamicProperty in SmartComponent

Hello,

I've got a SmartComponent that it can add IOSignal and DynamicProperty dynamically.

When adding, some IOSignal disappears on its properties frame.

I set IOSignal.UIVisible to false to hide them on properies frame but they are not shown in

Station Logic Design too. I have to make a Connection to show it.

Adding too much, I loose vertical scroll bar in Properties frame.
