Help with controller installation failure

Hello, I hope someone can help with this issue:
I cannot install a Virtual Controller. I´ve tried installing it in different ways including installing from Pack&Go as well as creating a new project with controller with different Models, variants and RobotWare but it always fails in installing the controller. I can see that a folder for Virtual Controllers is created but it is empty.
I use Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19045.0 and Robot Studio is updated to the latest version.
Anyone with a solution?
