Problems with robot communications

I`ve been working with a robot RB2400 M2000 but I`ve been getting problems to communicate with the robot. 
I can ping its IP address but Robotstudio is not able to locate it. I`ve tried find it defining an IP address to the software and I`ve tried find the robot automatically both unsuccessfully.
Is anyone has any ideia to help me?
