Any Robotstudio 2.0 Gurus out there??

It's a long shot, but maybe someone can help with this outdated software.

I've got a customer that is using RS2.0 and it seems like it's not installing the Virtual Robot Browser (prefer.exe).  I fixed this once awhile back but now I cannot for the life of me remember how I did it.

Is there another install file on the cd that we're missing???
