hourglass on flexpendant

robot with ROBOTWARE_5.15.9133: On the Flexpendant, an hourglass appears every now and then when you are in setup mode. You then have to wait and then it continues. What is the cause of this? ScreenMaker is not installed? How can this be fixed?
