Dual Arm Yumi Error - 71058
Hello, the error message 'Lost communication with I/O device' keeps stopping our dual arm Yumi.
It keeps disconnecting from the smart gripper. I have swapped the hands over and I am still getting the same error so I do not believe the problem is with the smart gripper. I have cleaned the connections from the arm to the smart gripper and it is still the same error.
Could this be a firmware issue or is it more likely to be a loose connection that I have not found yet?
