Load an active project from Visual Studio Code

Hi there,
I'm new entry in Robot Studio Add-Ins world, I try to realize an application that runs upon RobotStudio through its API. My aim is to generate targets from the API and then send them to RobotStudio environment. The function recommended is "JumpTo(Target)", but the first problem that I found is that I didn't find the way to open (from code) a RobotStudio preexisted project. Any advice? Where can I find an example? Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the right code's raws from Active project section
