how to solve problem with RS-O with low bandwidth connection?

in last release 2024.2.1 i have a problem with connection to RC, no matter if i connect directly to service port or WAN, still low bandwidth connection with limited functionality. two of my colleagues have the same problem...

    I met the same issue and solved by "Remove from list" this "low band" one from the "Online" - "Recent Controllers", and establish connection again.
