Starting a TCP/IP server from a robotstudio add-in

Good afternoon, 
Is it possible to connect a TCP/IP Server to RobotStudio to command its functioning from a remote app in order to do some calculations (like JumpTo or CreateTarget function).

The ideal structure for my app would be this: 
Extern App --> TCP Server <--- RobotStudio + Addin
