IRC5 Controller is not switching mode

I have an issue with the controller not switching modes.

I have checked the physical mode switch It functions correctly

I have checked the safety inputs
MAN1 
MAN2
AUTO1
AUTO2
MANFS1
MANFS2 
All switch as expected

The event log - logs 10015 "Manual Mode Selected" when the mode switch is switched into manual mode and 10016 "Auto Mode Requested" When the mode switch is switched to Auto Mode.

When switching from manual to auto the auto acknowledgement window does not appear to allow me to acknoledge the switch to auto mode.

When switching from auto to manual it just does not change.
The mode in the top left remains the same.

Exceptions: If I switch the mode then power cycle the system the mode will be switched when it powers up again.

What am I missing here???

A couple items to check. (1) Was the system built with the Option Auto acknowledge input? (2) Is the system
 configured with SafeMove2 and using keyless mode change?
