Downloading problem from palletizing powerpack in robot studio to 660 controller

Good evening . I made a pallet pattern and i am unable to download to 660 controller through ethernet using robot studio software2024. My project version is 6.7.04 .
When i press download ,cursor loads for a second and disappears. It wont show any error .Thus i couldn't download.

Any one experienced the same problems . Please help me
