Program paused when backup is in progress

Hi, when I perform backup (via Flexpendant or RS or PC SDK app), my robot program pointer always stucks at this command line :

   ActUnit CNV1;

This makes my robot pause working until backup is done (about 20s).

Does anyone have solution for this, please give me some advices, thank you.
