RobotStudio Connection Via IO Network

I cannot connect to the robot via the io network, only the management port. I can ping the robot fine, and all the firewall settings are set to allow for the IO network. 

Is this possible?

    If you do not have the PC Interface option it is only possible to connect to the robot via the management (service) port. Do you have this option?
