Is there any way to set World as default jogging coordinates at startup?

Every time when robot controller starts up, default jogging coordinates are set to Base. In some installations Base coordinates are under wierd angle so it would be dangerous if you start jogging and do not notice that beforehand.
I would like to set World as startup default or hide Base from teach pendant completely.
Is there any way to customize jogging window that way?
