Robot land calculation error

Hi, I have a problem while I'm trying to use Robot land to confirm load diagram

I've selected Robot model and added two New load (Tool, Payload) in New Loadcase.

And next step is to click Calculate button in New Loadcase...
But when I cliecked 'calculate'button, error window said that 'No load assigned to upper arm in the calculation. No inertia is assigned to tool or payload in the calculation'

I only wrote 'Mass', 'Type of Load', 'CoGx,y,z' in Newload..
But it is what i followed the manual

If someone know how to solve this error, please teach me the solution!
