Cant start the flexpendant

"Login to Controller Failed

Please check whether the controller is ready to accept a connection and try to login again."
Every time I try to start the teach pendent I get this error. I can then go to a different window and select default user but then it just repeats the same error message

Is this on a real controller or virtual controller in RobotStudio?
