5.09 Install Problem

I am trying to install version 5.09 but I keep receiving errors.  The operating system is Windows XP SP2.

 

When I try installing directly from the license file provided I get the following error message:

No license string is available.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

License Key ID_RS 5.09 could not be installed.

No license string is available.

License Key ID_RS_MULTIMOVE 5.09 could not be installed.

No license string is available.

License Key ID_ABB_VC 1.0 could not be installed.

No license string is available.

License Key ID_RS_ONLINE 5.0 could not be installed.

No license string is available.

License Key ID_RS_STEP_CONVERTER 5.09 could not be installed

 

If I try doing it on-line I receive the following error message:

Could not install the License Key that was received from ABB.   Check disk space and privileges to write to the disk.  If the problem persists, contact support with the error code: 23018
 
I logged into the machine as the local administrator and still recieve the same errors.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

Found out what the problem was.  The MAC address did not match what was in the license info.  Once corrected it now works perfectly.
