Does ABB have kinematic model with additional 7'th axis?
Would it be possible to create 7 axis robot the way that 7'th rotational axis is connected to axis 6? Is it possible to perform interpolated movements (MoveL, MoveC) in this new 7-axis robot coordinates?
Is it possible to create this configuration by itself or should it be pre-configured by ABB?
Thank you!
Fritz.

Hallo, it seems to be possible. You have to do a track axis as desribed in the manual. But in transmission set the single axis to rotating_move.You have to add a shift in the robots base (x/y), so that both axis (your rotating axis and axis 1 of the robot are not in line.I checked this in RSO with no license and have coodination.0
