Missing S4 Controller boot disks

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a used ABB 1400 with an S4 controller from another company. I connected everything, and it seems to be working, but they didn’t provide the boot disks.

I tried creating a boot disk using files I found in other posts here, but I still get the error: "This is not a boot disk!!!!"

I contacted ABB support, but they informed me that they no longer provide support for this system.

Could it be that I’m using the wrong boot disks for my robot? Or is it possible that I’m writing the floppy disks incorrectly?
