Lost rotation function.

Ok, here goes. 

I came into work to find that a robot of ours had come out of calibration?(still not 100% why yet, any ideas?) then system failure alarm kept appearing on the screen so I performs a B-start I think it was which cleared the alarm. This then aloud me to recalibrate the robot. As this took my back to the last saved point it was just missed a move, so I tried to put it back in and the. Realised I only had the linear move and not rotary? No matter how many times I pressed the linear button it wouldn’t switch. And idea how I can get it back😟
