New Robot

Hi everybody, 

I'm currently working on a new project which need to use a relative new robot, it seems it's never been used before, it took a bit to start after I turned it on, it was stuck in the firmware update. 

Now it's having a "system failure" error, and from what I seen in the forums it can be multiple things. 

The first message I get after going to the "Event log" is "Connected service gateway failed to go online", and some of the actions state to: 

1.- "Verify antenna".
2.- "Verify SIM card". 
3.- "Contact ABB if no connection is stablish within 48 hours" 

Well it's been 48 hours and have no idea how to proceed from here. 

Ideas?
