ABB Server Connection issue

I'm currently trying to connect the controller to the ABB Services server to update the firmware in the controller. 

The problem is our company Network policy is really strict and won't allow us to connect the controller directly to an ethernet port. Also tried using my company laptop as a breach for the controller to the server, but my company laptop loses connectivity as soon as I connect the controller to my laptop. 

I'm able to see the controller in my laptop using RobotStudio, but I have no access to any network connection. 

How do I update the firmware of the controller with this issue?
