RW6 & RS2025.1, VC's won't start

Just thought I'd raise this on here before contacting ABB to see if anyone else is having the same issue. 

We have 12 RobotStudio projects for individual cells, 5 are running RW 5.15 and the other 7 RW 6.  All 12 run fine in RS 2024.3, but only the RW5 ones will work in RS2025.1. 

In all 7 RW6 projects the below happens when the VC tries to start...
