Moving Operator on a simulation

Hello everyone!

I'm currently making a simulation, that will be presented to the customer, and I want to make it look as good as possible.
The machine I'm working on will be operated by a human, who will be loading and unloading parts into a milling machine, and pressing a button after loading.
I've seen this simulation on YouTube and found it very interesting.

If you move forward to minute 2:30, you'll see the operator moving his hands, which seems very cool to put on a simulation like this. The way the operator walks is very simple, I believe is just a linear move with the smart components, but the movement of the hands really caught my attention.

Has anyone here ever done something like this?
I would be very grateful if someone could teach me how to do it  :)
