Emergency state issue

Hello, I have a IRB1400, When I want to move the robot I get the error 20011 "emergency stop state", I noticed that the signal LEDs ES1 and ES2 were off, I was checking what it was and apparently I was missing a jumper between x1:7 and x1:8, after conect the jumper the ES1 LED lights but ES2 is still off, any idea what could be?
