Help Setting up Robotware 5.15 in Robotic Studio 2019

Hello,

I am assisting a user with setting up Robotware 5.15 in Robotic Studio 2019. I have installed Robotware 5.15 but the issue is that I do not know how to actually get it added in Robotic Studio. This is new to me (Robotic Studio). Please can you provide me with instructions on how to get this working ?

    You can build a system through 'System Builder' for 'Manage RobotWare 5 Systems' under 'Controller' ribbon in RobotStudio. Select path for the media pool to be where you installed RW5.15, something like C:\Program Files (x86)\ABB Industrial IT\Robotics IT\MediaPool.

    I had problems with 5.15 in the past. As a suggestion, create a system with 5.16 already.

    The challenge I am experiencing is, its not detecting the RobotWare Version in the RobotWare Version dropdown menu when creating a new controller system. the Media Pool points to the file path -> C:\Program Files (x86)\ABB Industrial IT\Robotics IT\MediaPool

    Have you ticked the box for 'Virtual Key' before selecting the RW version?

    You downloaded and installed the RW on your PC, right? Now create a project based on the Backup.

    If the RW installation was successful, you can create the station. If this does not happen, there was probably an error in the installation or the installation path is not the same as the one mapped in RS.

    As far as I know, after installing the RW it should already appear in the selection combo.
