Dear all,
We purchased an IRB2600 robot approximately three years ago, but it remained unused until a few months ago when I reactivated it. Since then, I have been working on programming its sequence independently, with the intention of integrating it into two Brother CNC machines.
However, recently and quite unexpectedly, the robot began showing the following events during Teach Mode:
Event 30104: Overspeed During Teach Mode
-
Immediately followed by:
-
Event 38209: Resolver Error on axes 4 to 6.
In response, I performed a fine calibration and updated the revolution counters, aligning the marks correctly. After this, the robot starts working normally, but after approximately 20 minutes of operation, it loses reference again.
have checked the following:
SMB battery status: good condition.
Continuity on the following cables:
Power/control cable (R1.CP/CS)
Motor power cable (R1.MP)
R1.SMB cable
Has anyone experienced something similar?
What procedures or components would you recommend I check next?
Thank you in advance for any advice or suggestions.
Best regards,
